Hello out there! I feel like I haven't written in this thing in forever, so here I am. A few updates: I started school at the end of August, right now I'm just at a community college so I can KNOW that art is the right choice. If it's not for me, it won't be a huge loss considering community college is way cheaper than any 4 year institution and it's definitely not as concrete. If an art career isn't for me, then there is always psychology, which I still have a bit of a fondness for. So far school is going just swimmingly, I like most of my classes and I LOVE my drawing class, though it's very back-to-basics. That's probably for the best though, I feel like I kinda skipped the basics in high school. I also kind of feel like I'm missing out on the college experience that most of my other friends are having, i.e. I don't live on campus and therefor don't have roomies or go to college parties, I could nix that last one though. With going to community college I feel kind of stuck, I still live at home, I still have that same job I wrote about almost a year and a half ago, and I haven't really met anyone new. Hmm, I need a change, the hair color thing just doesn't do it for me anymore.

Another update: I turned 18 on September 5th and it was glorious! All my friends were here and we had a killer time! Being 18's pretty cool, though some of the shine has worn off. I can buy cancer inducing things and I got my ear pierced and my tongue pierced. Tongue piercings HURT. Not while it's being done, but the healing period is hell- HELL.

So now it's sleepy time, I have a big week full of openings and morning classes. Should be fun.
